However, if you wish to return your purchase, please email us within 14 days of

In your email, please include the following details:

• Name
• Order Number
• Delivery Address

A member of our team will contact you with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to assist you with the return process.
Please ensure that they are as-new condition: unworn, undamaged, and non-defective full-price products. We accept exchanges and returns (for store credit) within 14 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, redeemable at Tanka & Baroque Official Website.
Returned items must be in their original packaging. Approval will be granted after inspection. If the item is not found to be in as-new condition after inspection, the exchange/return will be rejected.
All our jewelry is meticulously checked and packaged by hand in Cairo, Egypt to ensure the highest standards.
